This Position Serves At The Pleasure Of The Board, But Works With A Wide Range Of Departments On A Day-to-day Basis. Previous Experience Representing A NC Municipal Corporation And Familiarity With Pertinent Federal, State, And Local Laws Is Strongly Preferred. Graduation From An Accredited College Or University With A Bachelor’s Degree And From An Accredited Law School With A Juris Doctor; And Licensed To Practice Law In North Carolina Is Required.
